Plans for a new Hilton hotel along Benner Pike near Bellefonte also include construction of a retail building, according to a presentation to the Centre County Board of Commissioners

Centre County's first Wawa is planned for the corner of Benner Pike and Eagle Point in Benner Township, between Dunkin' and Fulton Bank, and across from Sheetz. No info on a start date.

Palmer Museum of Art to open new building on June 1, 2024

The Bellefonte Waterfront District plans have been announced nearly six years ago, in 2018, for a hotel, parking deck and condominiums to be built along Spring Creek. It is expected to take 15 months for the project.
